| 摘 要： | 近年流行病学调查发现，我国部分省市存在高碘现象，高碘对健康所带来的危害越来越引起关注，而高碘与甲状腺关系最为密切。该文从高碘与甲状腺肿的关系、高碘与甲状腺功能减退症（简称“甲减”）及亚临床甲减的关系、高碘与碘致性甲状腺机能亢进（简称“碘性甲亢”）的关系、高碘与自身免疫性甲状腺炎、高碘与甲状腺肿瘤等方面进行综述，各部分内容主要从流行病学、动物实验和机制进行阐述。

| Abstract: | As recent epidemiological researches discovered, there are high iodine status in some provinces and cities in China. Health damage caused by high iodine was widely concerned. Thyroid is the organ closely related to high iodine. Relationship between high iodine and thyroid, hypothyroidism, goiter, autoimmune thyroiditis, thyroid neoplasm was reviewed through epidemiology, animal experiments and mechanism in the paper. |
