放疗癌症患者的应对方式及其与社会支持的相关性

摘要：目的了解癌症放疗患者的应对方式及与社会支持的相关性。方法采用Jalowiec应对量表、肖水源的社会支持评定量表、Herth希望量表对240例癌症放疗患者进行问卷调查。结果不同人群特征的癌症放疗患者应对方式不同。男性易采用逃避、情感应对方式。老年人易采用听天由命应对方式。文化程度高者易采用面对、乐观应对方式。自费患者易采用逃避应对方式。医保患者易采用支持应对方式。面对、乐观、支持应对方式与社会支持呈正相关（P〈0．01），逃避、听天由命、情感应对方式与社会支持呈负相关（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论社会支持有助于癌症患者放疗期间采取积极的应对方式面对疾病。

Coping Styles of Cancer Patients during Radiotherapy and its Relativity with Social Support

Objective To probe into relativity between coping styles and social support of cancer patients during radiotherapy. Methods 240 subjects completed the following questionnaires, including the Jalowiec Coping Scale, social support scale and the Herth Hope Scale during their radiotherapy. Results Coping style of patients taking cancer radiotherapy with different characters was different. The male was tending to use evasive and emotive coping style. The elder was easy to use fatalistic coping style. Patients with high degrees of education used facing and optimistic coping style. The self-paying patients were easy to escape while the ones with medical insurance were tending to support coping style. There was significant positive correlation between social support and confront, optimistic and support coping style （P〈0.01）, and negative correlation between social support and evasive, fatalistic and emotive coping style （P〈0.01or P〈0.05）. Conclusion The social support is helpful for cancer patients with radiotherapy taking positive coping style.
