医疗服务市场的发展趋势与营销战略

摘    要:文章在分析了医疗市场的发展变化趋势后 ,提出了医疗服务营销策略 ,其主要内容有 :①以科技创新为先导 ;②学科建设突出特色 ;③培养拔尖人才不遗余力 ;④经营管理追求高效优质低耗 ;⑤重视医院形象和品牌塑造 ;⑥在质量建设上求精 ;⑦优化团队意识。文章强调医院经营必须处理好眼前利益和长远利益、社会效益和经济效益、经营行为与服务行为的关系。

Tendency of Development of Medical Service Market and Its Marketing Strategies
Abstract:This paper analyzes the tendency of development of medical service market and puts forwards its marketing strategies. The main contents are as following: (1) the innovation of science and technology is preferential; (2) establishment of courses should be highlighted features; (3) reinforcing training the outstanding talents; (4) pursuing high efficiency, high quality and low cost of management; (5) paying attention to hospital image and famous brand construction; (6) pursuing perfection of quality construction; and (7) optimizing team awareness. In addition, it should deal well with relationships of present benefits and future benefits, social benefits and economic benefits, and operative behaviors and service behaviors.
