试论小肠与相关脏腑病证的传变规律

小肠作为六腑之一，具有受盛、化物、泌别清浊等功能。小肠与心、脾、胃、肺、肝、肾和膀胱以及大肠等脏腑在生理上密切相关，在病理上相互影响，其病变亦相互转化。从小肠与心、小肠与脾胃，小肠与肺，小肠与肝，小肠与肾及膀胱，小肠与大肠等方面对它们之间的相互影响、相互转变来探讨小肠与其他脏腑之间病证的传变规律，以期进一步完善小肠病机理论。

Discuss on the Pathogenesis of Intestine and Progress of Disease between the Viscera

The small intestine has the function of receiving and resolving food,separating the useful from the waste and in charge of body fluid.At the pathologic state,the progress of intestine disease is related to the spleen,the stomach,the heart,the lung,the liver,the kidney,the large intestine and the bladder.And all these organs have mutual interaction.Disease can transmit from one organ to another.Mutual transmission of fire and heat,disorder of qi and fire of evaporation in eyes can be expressed between the small intestine and the heart.Disease can also transmit between the small intestine and the spleen,the stomach,the liver,the kidney and the bladder.
