| 摘 要： | 目的探讨髌股关节皮质凹陷征在诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病中的意义。方法所有病例均行X线平片检查,总结性分析临床X线影像学诊断的10例膝关节退行性骨关节病髌股关节皮质凹陷征的影像学表现。结果 10例髌股关节皮质凹陷征9例为单发病灶,1例为双侧病灶。10例病灶均表现在股骨远段髌股关节面一碟形凹陷,凹陷处骨质硬化,密度增高。结论髌股关节皮质凹陷征是膝关节退性行骨关节病的一种少见辅助表现。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of hollow sign at the femur side of patellofemoral joint in the diagnosis of degeneration disease of knee.Methods X-ray findings of knee radiographs were retrospectively analyzed in 10 patients with hollow sign at the femur side of patellofemoral joint.Results In all the patients,unilateral hollow sign was detected in 9 patients and bilateral hollow sign was found in 1 case.The hollow sign at the femur side of patellofemoral joint manifested as a dash-like depress on the surface of femur with osteosclerosis.Degeneration of knee was also observed in all the patients.Conclusion The hollow sign at the femur side of patellofemoral joint can be an uncommon adjuvant finding of knee degeneration disease. |
