弥漫性肺间质病变肺血管数字减影血管造影和病理研究

作者利用肺间质性病变动物模型进行了数字减影血管造影和妥拉苏林实验并与病理对照研究。发现ＤＳＡ肺动脉造影，肺动脉分支减少，纤维、僵直，妥拉苏林实验肺动脉弹性减低，对药物的反应性下降；病理学检查肺小动脉充血、水肿、炎细胞浸润、轻度纤维结缔组织增生，部分血管管腔狭窄或闭塞。

THE DSA AND PATHOLOGIC STUDY OF PULMONARY VESSELS IN PULMONARY INTERSTITIAL LESION

We used pulmonary arterial DSA and Tolazoline test in animal model of pulmonary interstitial lesion, to compare the difference between the DSA and pathologic findings. On pulmonary arterial DSA, the distribution of pulmonary vessels was scarce,thin and rigid, compared with control group ( P <0 001).On Tolazoline test, the elasticity of pulmonary vessels was poor and the reactivity to medicine was lower, compared with control group ( P <0 001). The arterioles were found with congestion, edema, cellular infiltration, slightly hyperplasia of fibrous tissue, vessels narrowing and obliteration on pathologic examination. In the early period of pulmonary interstitial lesion, the injury of pulmonary vessels was already appeared,which is important to prevent and treat this disease.
