血液灌流抢救小儿急性重度中毒的临床观察及护理

目的探讨血液灌流抢救小儿急性重度中毒的方法及护理要点。方法迅速建立血管通路,密切观察病情变化,严防低血压的发生。结果21例患儿全部经一次血液灌流治疗后1～12小时神志转清,病情好转,结合病房的药物治疗,全部治愈出院。结论小儿血液灌流时迅速建立血管通路,严密观察病情,是保证血液灌流顺利进行的关键。
