| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术和内镜括约肌切开术联合治疗胆囊胆总管结石的临床效果。方法:胆囊胆总管结石21例先行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,再行内镜括约肌切开术取出胆总管结石。结果:除1例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹手术外,余者内镜括约肌切开术取出胆总管结石均获成功。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术和内镜括约肌切开术联合治疗胆囊胆总管结石的临床效果可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical results of laparoscopy cholecystectomy (LC) and endoscopic sphincterotomy for choledocholithiasis. Methods: 21 patients were treated with the sequential laparoscopic cholecystectomy + endoscopic sphincterotomy. Results: Except one patient failed , others were successfully performed under this method. Conclusions: The results obtained in 21 patients to date suggest that the combination of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with endocopic sphincterotomy is preferable in terms of efficacy and safety. |
