剖宫产术1509例指征分析

目的:探讨近年剖宫产术升高的原因,寻找降低剖宫产率的措施。方法:对我院2001年1月~2006年12月6年间剖宫产病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:近6年来剖宫产率逐年升高,平均为21.70%,虽低于国内文献报道,但明显高于WHO提出的目标。头位难产、疤痕子宫、胎膜早破、臀位、脐带因素、社会因素为前6位,占69.98%。结论:提高医务人员的产程处理水平,严格掌握第一次剖宫产指征,加强孕期保健工作,可有效降低剖宫产率。

Analysis of indications for cesarean section in 1 509 cases

Objective: To investigate the causes of increasing cesarean section in recent years,and find measures to decrease cesarean section.Methods: Data of cesarean section in past 6 years,from Dec.2006 to Jan.2001,was studied retrospectively.Results: Rate of cesarean section increased year by year in recent years,mean 21.70%,which was lower than that in literature and obviously higher than the goal raised by WHO.Dystocia of head presentation,cicatricial uterus47,breech presentation,premature rupture of amniotic membrane,umbilical cord anomalies,social situation were the six frontal causes,accounted for 69.98%.Conclusion: Enforcing peripregnancy care,enhancing medical faculties management level for labor,commanding the indications for the initial cesarean section strictly can decrease cesarean section effectively.
