32例单侧毁损肺手术治疗效果的临床分析

目的:临床分析单侧毁损肺行全肺切除术的必要性。方法:对单侧毁损肺行全肺切除术治疗32例患者,总结分析术前、术后检查如肺功能、血气分析PO2、血氧饱和度的变化,来分析临床治疗的效果。结果:32例未出现手术死亡及严重并发症,其中胸液引流量多4例;少量咳血6例,经治疗7～14d治愈;切口愈合不良2例,经敞开引流换药后约一周二次缝合愈合良好。随访6～12个月,3例出院后仅能生活自理,不能从事体力活动;余29例均可从事一般体力活动。结论:单侧毁损肺应尽早考虑单侧毁损肺行全肺切除治疗是有必要性的。

Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment for 32 Cases With Isolated Destroyed Lung
