温石棉对细胞膜脂质流动性及通透性的影响

摘    要:用荧光探针DPH标记肺泡巨噬细胞,观察到随温石棉剂量增加,茫棉及涞棉均可增加细胞膜脂质的流动性,表现为膜脂质荧光偏振度及脂区徽粘度的降低。茫棉及涞棉亦可增加膜通透性,使胞内K+含量下降,该作用存在剂量一效应关系。茫棉及涞棉所致膜脂质流动性改变与膜通透性改变存在明显相关关系。因此,两种温石棉所致的膜脂质流动性增加可能与膜通透性增加一样与细胞受损有关。

Abstract:he study dernonstrated that Mangai and Laiyuan chrysotile could reduce fluorescence polarization and micro-viscosity of alveolar macrophage membrane labelled with DPH,indicating that chrysotile could increase membranelipid fluidityv. Both chrysotile could also increase membrane permeability,reduce the intracellular K content withdose-dependent effect.The increase of membrane lipid fluidity significantly correlated with that of metnbrane per-meability,suggesting the membrane damage may be caused by chrysotile.
