盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗心脏神经官能症30例疗效观察

目的探讨盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗心脏神经官能症的临床效果。方法30例心脏神经官能症的病人随机分为两组:观察组给予盐酸氟西汀胶囊和谷维素治疗;对照组给予心得安和谷维素治疗。结果治疗1个月后,两组之间具有显著差异,观察组总有效率为80%,对照组为40%。结论盐酸氟西汀胶囊能有效消除心脏神经官能症的抑郁情绪及躯体症状,是治疗心脏神经官能症较为理想的药物。

Clinical Observation on Treatlhent of Cardiac Neurosis with Fluose Fine Hydrochloride

Objective To discuss the Clinical observation on treatment of cardiac neurosis with Fluose fine hydrochloride. Methods 30 cases of such patient were randomly divided into therapy group who were treated with Fluose fine hydrochloride and oryzanol control group who were treated with propranolol and oryzanol. Results There was significant difference between therapy group and control group after 1 month. Total effective rate of therapy group was 80% , and control group was only 40%. Conclusion Fluose fine hydrochloride might be an ideal rem edy which could eliminate depressed mood and symptoms effectively of cardiac neurosis.
