帕金森病外周血T细胞亚群的研究

目的 :探讨PD患者PBL免疫功能的变化。方法 :通过直接免疫荧光标记法 ,应用流式细胞仪 ,测定 3 5例PD患者与 18名健康对照者CD3 + 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 淋巴细胞亚群百分比及淋巴细胞总百分比 ,计算CD4+ /CD8+ 的比值。结果 :PD患者CD4+ T细胞百发比和淋巴细胞总百分比降低 ,CD8+ T细胞的百分比不变 ,CD4+ /CD8+ 的比值较正常人显著降低 ,男性患者上述指标的下降更明显。多巴制剂的服用对淋巴细胞亚群的变化无影响。结论 :PD患者存在细胞免疫功能的异常。

Study on T Lymphocyte Subsets in Parkinson''''s Disease

Aim:To study the immune function of Parkinson's disease.Methods:T lymphocyte subsets (including CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ percent and ratio of CD4+,CD8+)of 35 PD patients and 18 healthy donors was measured by fluorescence-activated cell sorter (FACS).PD patients were including of dopa-treated and dolpa-naive group.Results:CD4+ T cell percent and ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were notably depress ed in PD than in healthy subjects.Differences in male PD is more significant.Total lymphocyte percent is also significantly lower.T cell (CD3+)and CD8+ T cell percent is normal.Levodopa has not shown effect on T lymphocyte subsets among PD patients.Conclusion:Cytoimmune mechanism may play an important role in pathogenesis of PD.
