湖州市社区卫生服务慢性病防治现状和对策

目的：了解湖州市社区卫生服务慢性病防治工作现状和存在的问题,指导防治工作。方法：通过设计调查表对全市社区卫生服务中心（站）人力资源和慢性病防治基本情况进行调查;通过分层抽样,对试点和非试点社区卫生服务中心（站）进行以高血压、糖尿病随访管理为重点的慢性病防治质量调查。结果：湖州市社区卫生服务站有80.42%的医务人员参与慢性病防治工作;试点社区卫生服务站高血压和糖尿病规范化管理率分别为31.39%和23.87%,非试点社区卫生服务站分别为11.59%和0;结论：慢性病防治已逐步成为社区卫生服务的重要内容,只要加强行政管理和业务指导力度,以社区为基础开展高血压、糖尿病等慢性病的规范化管理是行之有效的。

Chronic disease prevention and control in communities of Huzhou: status quo and countermeasure

Objective To know the status quo of chronic disease prevention and control of community health services, and problems in the current situation,so as to guide their prevention and control. Methods Questionnaires were conducted on community health service centers （stations）, to investigate its human resources and basic conditions of chronic disease prevention and control. Meanwhile ,the quality of chronic disease prevention and control was investigated,focusing on hypertension, diabetes follow--up management of the pilot and non--pilot community health service centers （stations）. Results In Huzhou city, 80. 42 percent of the medical staff in community health service stations were involved in chronic disease prevention and control. The rates of standardized management of hypertension and diabetes were 31.39% and 23.87% in pilot community health service stations ,and the rates of the non--pilot were 11.59% and 0. Conclusion Chronic disease prevention and control has gradually become an important part of community health services. As long as administrative and operational guidance is strengthened,standardized management of community--based hypertension ,diabetes and other chronic diseases will be effective.
