| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人工髋关节置换术的围手术护理。方法：术前进行心理状况评估和干预，解除患者的思想顾虑．做好各种术前准备，术后密切观察病情．加强切口渗血。关节脱位和下肢静脉血栓并发症的观察护理．注意体位护理、重视术后肢体功能锻炼和出院指导．结果与结论：做好人工髋关节置换术患者的围手术护理，是保证手术成功和减少术后并发症的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the nursing of artificial replacement of hip joint. Method: We prepared carefully before operation and evaluate the phicological. After the operation , we observed the symptom , the blood seep and pay attention to the position, the training of legs, the chargement of outpatient.Result and Conclusion : It's more important to assure the sucesse of operation and reduce the complication by nursing the artificial replacement of hip joint. |
