摘    要:目的研究能够降低成本,节约能耗,简化的5-HMF合成方法。方法以蔗糖在盐酸作催化剂的条件下,经过脱水反应制备5-羟甲基糠醛。以5-羟甲基糠醛的收率作为衡量标准,利用正交实验法对条件进行了优化。结果合成5-HMF最佳反应条件为反应时间:100min;催化剂盐酸浓度为6mol/L;反应温度:150℃;溶剂用量:100ml。结论对产物进行结构鉴定,方法可行,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To study the synthesis of 5-HMF,which can reduce the cost,economize the energy sources and predigestion.Methods The preparation of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural by dehydration of sucrose in presence of hydrochloric acid is studied.The yield of 5-HMF is used as a reference standard,The optimum preparation method was selected by orthogonal design.Results The optimum conditions were:The temperature:150℃;the concentration of acid:6 mol/L;reaction time:100 min;solvent volume:100 ml.Conclusion The product can also be identified.This method can be feasible,and is worth further studying.
