注射用卡络磺钠在木糖醇注射液中配伍稳定性观察

目的观察注射用卡络磺钠在木糖醇注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法将注射用卡络磺钠加入木糖醇注射液中,混合均匀后,在25℃和37℃下于0、1、2、4、6、8h时采用紫外分光光度法,测定卡络磺钠含量,同时记录外观变化和pH值。结果 0～8h内混合液外观、pH值、卡络磺钠的含量、紫外吸收峰均无明显变化。结论在25℃和37℃下,注射用卡络磺钠在木糖醇注射液中可配伍使用,宜在8h内用完。

Stability observation of the injection carbazochrome sodium sulfonate mixed with xylitol injection

Objective To Study the stability of the injection carbazochrome sodium sulfonate mixed with xylitol injection.Methods The injecetion carbazochrome sodium sulfonate were added into xylitol injection.The contents of edaravone were determined by UV-spectrophotometry at the 0,1st,2nd,4th,6th and 8th hour after mixing at the temperature of 25℃ and 37℃.The pH value and appearance of mixture were detected.Results There were no visible changes within 8 hours in terms of the appearance,pH,forms of peaks of mixture.No significant content changes of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate for were found.Conclusion The injecetion carbazochrome sodium sulfonate mixed with xylitol injection under the temperature of 25℃ and 37℃ are compatible and should be used within 8 hours.
