我院药品不良反应237例分析

目的了解该院药品不良反应(ADR)报告情况,促进临床安全合理用药。方法对该院2009-2011年收集的237例ADR报告,根据患者性别和年龄、给药途径、引发ADR的药品种类、ADR涉及器官/系统及其临床表现等进行分类统计与分析。结果该院237例ADR中,男性多于女性,好发年龄段为≥60岁;涉及的药品共74种,排序前3位的依次为抗生素152例(64.14%)、中药制剂35例(14.77%)、消化系统药物21例(8.86%);给药途径以静脉滴注为主,共193例(81.43%);ADR所涉及的器官/系统以皮肤及其附件为主,共107例(45.15%);报告者主要来源于药师,共143例(60.34%)。结论应重视临床ADR的监测,加强监测上报人员的培训工作,以减少或避免ADR的重复发生,确保临床安全用药。

Analysis of 237 cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in our hospital

Objective To understand the tatus of adverse drug reactions（ADR）report in the hospital for promoting rational and safe drug use.Methods 237 cases of ADR reported in the hospital in 2009~2011 were collected and performed the statistical analysis by classification in aspects of gender and age,route of administration,types of drugs causing ADR,ADR involving organs or systems and clinical manifestations.Results Among 237 cases of ADR,most occurred in the patients aged more 60 years,men were more than women.ADR involved 74 varieties of drugs,the top three places were in turn the antimicrobial durgs（152 cases,64.14%）,the Chinese medicine preparations（35 cases,14.77%） and digestive system durgs（21 cases,8.86%）.The route of administration was mainly intravenous infusion（193 cases,81.43%）.The clinical manifestations of damage to skin and its appendages were most common（107 cases,45.15%）.Most of the cases were reported by pharmacists（143 cases,60.34%）.Conclusion It is necessary to intensify ADR monitoring and training of staff on ADR reporting in order to reduce or avoid the recurrent occurrence of ADR and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
