| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对产后尿潴留的影响。方法将78例产后尿潴留患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组仅予以常规护理;观察组在对照组护理基础上予以护理干预措施。观察并比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94.9%高于对照组的71.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预可提高产后尿潴留治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention of postpartum urine retention.Methods 78 postpartum urinary retention patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each group.The control group only received routine nursing care.The observation group was given with nursing intervention measures.Curative effect in two groups was observed.Results The total efficiency in observation group was 94.9%,higher than 71.8% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the cure rate of postpartum urinary retention. |
