闭合复位带锁髓内钉与切开复位钢板内固定治疗尺桡骨骨折的效果比较

摘    要:目的比较闭合复位带锁髓内钉与切开复位钢板内固定治疗桡骨骨折的临床效果。方法将200例尺桡骨双骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组采用闭合复位带锁髓内钉固定术,对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定术。比较2组治愈率、治愈时间、愈合时间、并发症及预后。结果观察组治愈率高于对照组,治愈时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,并发症、解剖复位的发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均功能复位。结论闭合复位带锁髓内钉固定治疗尺桡骨双骨骨折的疗效优于切开复位钢板内固定,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of the closed reduction and intramedullary nail with open reduction and plate fixation of fractures of the radius and ulna.Methods 200 cases of patients with fractures of radius and ulna were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 100 cases.Observation group was given with trivial closed reduction and intramedullary nail group reset.Control group was given with open reduction and plate fixation.Compared the cure rate,cure time,healing time,complications and prognosis of two groups.Results The cure rate in observation group was higher than control group.The cure time and healing time were shorter than control group,the incidence rates of complications and anatomical reset were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Two groups were reset function.Conclusion The effect of closed reduction and intramedullary nailing with trivial dual radius and ulna bone fractures is better than open reduction and plate fixation,is worthy of promoting.
