利胆退黄合剂治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床观察

目的观察利胆退黄合剂用于慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法将147例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为治疗组74例和对照组73例。治疗组给予利胆退黄合剂治疗,对照组给予氨苄青霉素胶囊、甲硝唑治疗,疗程均为1个月。观察并比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为62.2%、89.2%,高于对照组的46.6%、67.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利胆退黄合剂用于慢性胆囊炎疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of Lidan Tuihuang Mixture in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis

Objective To observe the effect of Lidan Tuihuang Mixture in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods 147 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=74） and control group（n=73）.The treatment group used the Lidan Tuihuang Mixture treatment,the control group received oral ampicillin capsules and metronidazole treatment,both groups were treated for 1 month,the clinical effect was observed.Results The efficiency and total effect rate in treatment group were 62.2% and 89.2%,were higher than those in the control group（46.6% and 67.1%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Lidan Tuihuang Mixture on chronic cholecystitis have better clinical therapeutic effect,no side effect,is worth the clinical promoted the use of.
