消化道间质瘤的CT表现及诊断

目的探讨消化道间质瘤(GIST)患者的CT表现及特点。方法对18例手术后病理证实的GIST的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 18例患者间质瘤发生于食管2例,胃6例,十二指肠2例,空肠5例,回肠3例;肿瘤向腔内生长6例,向腔外生长9例,腔内外生长3例;平扫肿瘤密度均匀6例,密度不均匀12例(其中内见液化坏死区伴或不伴有出血者10例、内见钙化者2例);增强扫描肿瘤显著强化,其中均匀强化5例、不均匀强化13例(液化坏死区无明显强化),6例肿瘤静脉期强化程度普遍强于动脉期强化程度。结论 GIST的CT表现具有一定特点,提高认识可减少误诊。

CT manifestations and diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective To analyze the CT manifestations and characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the CT manifestations of 18 cases GIST pathologically proven after operation.Results Mesenchymal tumor occurred in esophageal 2 cases,stomach 6 cases,duodenum 2 cases,jejunum 5 cases,ileum 3 cases.The density of tumor was well-distibuted in 6 cases underwent CT noncontrast enhanced scan,the others were uneven.There were 10 cases found liquefied necrotic area within the bleeding with or without 10 patients,2 cases found calcificatin.5 cases were significantly uniform with CT on enhancement scanning,13 cases and liquefied necrosis area without,the strengthening degree in venous phase were universal stronger than arterial phase in 6 cases.Conclusion The CT manifestations and characteristics of GIST have certain characteristics,which may decrease misdiagnosis.
