小儿静脉留置针封管技术的临床分析

目的探讨不同小儿静脉留置针封管技术对穿刺护理的影响。方法将240例患儿随机分为A、B、C、D组各60例,每组再随机分为A1和A2组、B1和B2组、C1和C2组、D1和D2组各30例。A1和A2组分别采用3、5ml生理盐水封管;B1和B2组分别采用5ml生理盐水、5ml肝素液封管;C1和C2组均采用5ml生理盐水,分别以10、5ml/min的推注速度进行封管封管;D1和D2组均采用5ml生理盐水按5ml/min的推注速度封管,D1组推注完毕后直接拔针,D2组剩余1ml封管液时边推注边旋转退封管针头。观察并比较对应组72h内堵管、浅静脉炎和肿胀的发生率,以及留置针保留天数。结果 A2、B2、C2、D2组封管情况分别优于对应的A1、B1、C1、D1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用正确的封管方法,可以延长静脉留置针保留时间,减少穿刺次数,提高护理工作质量。

The clinical analysis about the Sealing Tube Technology in pediatric venous retention needles infusion

Objective To explore the nursing effect of different pediatric intravenous catheter needle to seal the tube.Methods 240 patients were randomly divided into group A,B,C,and D,with 60 cases in each group,Each group was randomly divided into group A1 and A2,B1 and B2,C1 and C2,D1 and D2 with 30 cases in each group.Group A1 and A2 were used in 3,5ml saline sealing tube;group B1 and B2 respectively using 5ml,5ml heparin saline liquid seal tube;group C1 and C2 groups were using 5ml saline,respectively with 10,5ml/min injection speed of tube sealing;group D1 and D2 were given 5ml saline according to 5ml/Min injection speed of tube sealing,group D1 got extubation after the injection,group D2 had 1ml remaining tube sealing solution while pushing rotate back to seal the tube needle.72h pipe blockage,phlebitis of superficial veins and swelling of the incidence,as well as the indwelling needle retention time were observed.Results Sealing tube situation of group A2,B2,C2,D2 were better than the corresponding group A1,B1,C1,D1,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Using correct sealing tube method can extend the venous indwelling needle retention time,reduce the number of times of puncture,and enhance the quality of nursing work.
