蒙脱石散联合黄连素灌肠治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

目的观察蒙脱石散(思密达)联合黄连素灌肠治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法将79例腹泻患儿随机分为观察组40例和对照组39例。观察组给予思密达联合黄连素灌肠治疗,对照组给予思密达联合黄连素口服治疗,3d为1个疗程。2个疗程后观察2组临床疗效及止泻时间。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的79.5%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组止泻时间为(1.35±0.15)d短于对照组的(2.45±0.29)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用思密达联合黄连素灌肠治疗小儿腹泻的临床治疗效果显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of montmorillonite powder combined with berberine enema in infantile diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder（smecta） combined with berberine enema in infantile diarrhea.Methods 79 cases of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（39 cases）.Observation group was given smecta and berberine enema.Control group was received smecta and berberine oral.3 days was set for a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy and diarrhea 2 courses after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group（90.0%） was higher than of control group（79.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The diarrhea days of observation group was（1.35±0.15）d shorter than（4.45±0.29）d of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Smecta combined with berberine enema in infantile diarrhea has a significant clinical effect,with high security,is worthy of clinical application.
