| 摘 要： | 目的观察黄芪注射液联合司坦唑醇治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法将慢性再障患者68例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例,观察组给予黄芪注射液联合司坦唑醇治疗,对照组给予单纯司坦唑醇治疗,比较两组疗效及相关指标变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后相关指标改善观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液联合司坦唑醇治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of astragalus injection and stanozolol on chronic aplastic anemia curative effect.Methods 68 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each group,the observation group given the effect of Astragalus injection combined with stanozolol treatment,control group was given simply stanozolol treatment,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment of clinical efficacy and related indexes.Results The observation group in the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）;two groups of patients after treatment of indicators to improve the observation group was better than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of astragalus injection combined with stanozolol in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia with satisfactory clinical effects,it is worthy of clinical application. |
