个性化护理干预对改善初产妇产后性问题的效果观察

目的观察个性化护理干预对改善初产妇产后性问题的效果。方法将200例经阴道分娩的初产妇随机分为干预组和对照组各100例。对照组行常规临床护理,干预组在常规护理基础上行为期3～6个月的个性化护理干预,比较2组性生活质量评分、盆底肌功能状态及初产后再孕情况。结果干预组阴道阻力、性欲、阴道润滑度、性高潮难易度评分高于对照组,盆底肌功能状态明显优于对照组,初产后再孕发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论产后个性化护理干预可有效提升初产后性欲,改善其盆底肌功能,提高夫妻生活质量,降低初产后再孕的情况发生,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of individualized nursing intervention on improving sexual problem in primipara after delivery

Objective To observe the effect of individualized nursing intervention on improving sexual problem in pri- mipara after delivery. Methods 200 primiparas after vaginal delivery were randomly divided into intervention group and con- trol group, each of 100 cases. Control group was given routine clinical care. On the basis of control group, intervention group was given individualized nursing interventions for three to six months. Compared quality of life score, pelvic floor muscle function and the early postnatal pregnancy situation of two groups. Results Maternal vaginal resistance, sexual desire, vaginal lubrica- tion, orgasm of intervention group were better than those of control group, the pelvic floor muscle function in intervention group was better than that in control group, the incidence of early postnatal pregnancy in intervention group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Postpartum individualized nursing inter- vention can improve postpartum sexual problems, improving their pelvic floor muscle function and the quality of married life, to reduce postpartum pregnant again in the early, is worthy of clinical application.
