法舒地尔联合川芎嗪注射液辅治急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察法舒地尔联合川芎嗪注射液辅治急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法对80例确诊为急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组予以甘露醇、阿司匹林、川芎嗪注射液常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上加以法舒地尔治疗。2组疗程均为2周。观察比较2组临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗神经功能缺损评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);且不良反应轻微。结论法舒地尔联合川芎嗪注射液辅治急性脑梗死临床疗效明显,安全性高。

Effect observation of fasudil combined with ligustrazine injection in acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of fasudil combined with ligustrazine injection in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 40 cases.Control group were treated with mannitol,aspirin,ligustrazine injection conventional treatment;On the basis of treatment group,treatment group received fasudil.Compared the clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score and adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（95.0%） was higher than that of control group（82.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;The neurological deficit score of two groups were lower,and the neurological deficit score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;And adverse reaction was mild.Conclusion Fasudil combined with ligustrazine injection in acute cerebral infarction is effective and safe.
