| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑静联合纳洛酮用于急性重度酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法将76例急性重度酒精中毒患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。在常规内科治疗基础上,治疗组予以醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗,对照组仅予以纳洛酮治疗。比较2组酒后清醒和临床症状消失时间。结果治疗组酒后清醒时间和临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组均无明显不良反应。结论醒脑静联合纳洛酮用于急性重度酒精中毒疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Xingnaojing combined with Naloxone in acute severe alcoholism.Methods 76 acute severe alcoholism iwere devidel into observation group and control group with 38 in each.On the base of regular intenal medicine treatment,the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing conbined with Naloxone,the control group was just injected with Naloxone.Drunk sober and clinical symptoms disappearance time in the two groups were compared.Results Drunk awake time and clinical symptoms disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Non group had obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Xingnaojing conbined with Naloxone applied to acute sever alcoholism is effective apparently. |
