腹腔镜在普外科急腹症诊治中的应用

目的探讨腹腔镜在普外科急腹症诊治中的应用效果。方法将急腹症患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用传统剖腹探查术,观察组采用腹腔镜诊断治疗。观察2组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及术中确诊率。结果观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,术中确诊率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科急腹症诊治中应用腹腔镜,可缩短手术及住院时间、提高确诊率,出血量少,能明显改善手术效果。

The application of laparoscopy in general surgery acute abdomen

Objective To discuss the application effect of laparoscopy in general surgery acute abdomen.Methods 90 cases patients with acute abdomen were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 45 cases.Control group received traditional laparotomy,observation group were treated with laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment.Observed the operative time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss and diagnosis rate.Results The hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of control group,the rate of intraoperative diagnosis was significantly higher than that of control group,there were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion General surgery acute abdomen in laparoscopic,can shorten surgery and hospitalization time,improve the diagnosis rate,less blood loss,significant improve operation result.
