| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法将PCOS患者115例随机分为治疗组58例和对照组57例。2组均给予促排卵、改善激素水平、手术等治疗,治疗组并配合膈下逐瘀汤中药治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.9%高于对照组的70.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论促排卵、调节激素水平、手术等配合膈下逐瘀汤治疗PCOS疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods 115 cases patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the treatment group（58 cases） and the control group（57 cases）.Two groups received ovulation,improve hormone levels,surgery and other treatment,and the treatment group with Gexiazhuyu soup.After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9% higher than 70.2% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of ovulation,regulating hormones,surgery,and so on with Gexiazhuyu soup in PCOS has a significant effect,is worthy of clinical application. |
