无痛人工流产术与传统人工流产术效果比较

目的比较无痛人工流产术与传统人工流产术的临床效果。方法选取36例要求终止早孕患者,根据本人意愿,选择无痛人工流产术20例作为观察组,选择传统手术人工流产16例作为对照组。评价患者术后疗效和疼痛程度,观察术后并发症。结果观察组完全流产率、人工流产综合征发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产术可有效缓解疼痛,提高完全流产率,减少人工流产综合征的发生。

Clinical observation of painless artificial abortion and traditional abortion

Objective To observe the effect of painless artificial abortion and traditional abortion. Methods Among 36 cases of patients undergoing terminate early pregnancy ,20 patients choosing painless abortion were regarded as observation group,and 16 cases of abortion undergoing traditional surgery were regarded as control group. Efficacy and postoperative pain were evaluated, and postoperative complications were observed. Results The complete abortion rate and the incidence rate of abortion syndrome in observation group were lower than those in control group;The pain degree in observation group was lighter than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Painless artificial abortion can relieve pain and improve the complete abortion rate. and reduce the incidence of abortion syndrome.
