诺维本治疗晚期乳腺癌临床观察

目的观察诺维本(NVB)联合阿霉素或顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效.方法26例患者分别用NA(NVB+ADM)方案和NP(NVB+DDP)方案治疗.结果NA组有效率66.7%(8/12),NP组有效率64.3%(9/14),两组疗效无显著差异(P＞0.05),最显著的毒性反应为骨髓抑制及静脉炎,NA组和NP组白细胞减少发生率分别为75%和71.4%;静脉炎的总发生率38.5%.其它副反应有胃肠反应、脱发及神经毒性反应.结论NA方案和NP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效相近,毒性反应可以耐受.

Clinical Observation of Navelbine in the Treatment of Abvanced Breast Cancer

Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the compination chemotherapy with naverlbine(NVB),doxorubicin(ADM)or cisplatin(DDP)in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods:Twenty six patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with combination chemotherapy naverlbine(NVB),doxorubicin(ADM)or naverlbine(NVB),cisplatin(DDP).To evaluate the therapeutic effect after two treating courses.Results:response rate were 66.7%(8/12)and 64.3%(9/14),respectively for these two groups.No statistical difference in responses was noted between these two groups( P >0.05).The main side effects were myelosuppression and phlebitis.Neutropenia occurred in 75.0% of cases in the NA groups and 71.4% in the NP groups.The phlebitis occurred in 38.5% of the total patients.No other serious side effects occurred in both groups.Conclusions:There was definitive good therapeutic effect but slightside reaction with NA group just as with NP group in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.
