Abstract: | Brain weight of 21-day-old rat fetuses positively correlates with the area of the glomerulosa zone, the ratio of this area to the area of the fasciculata-reticularis zone, activity of hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in the glomerulosa zone, and the ratio of its activity in the glomerulosa and reticularis zones.
