肥胖症儿童血清脂联素与高敏C反应蛋白水平研究

摘    要:目的探讨血清中脂联素、高敏C反应蛋白与儿童肥胖症及其相关疾病的关系及临床意义。方法收集74名肥胖症儿童及30名正常对照儿童血清标本。分别检测血清脂联素、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度;并分析脂联素、hs-CRP与体重指数(BMI)、血脂浓度之间的相关性。结果(1)肥胖症儿童血清脂联素及HDL-C水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);(2)肥胖症儿童血清hs-CRP及LDL-C含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);(3)肥胖症儿童血清TCH、TG与正常对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论脂联素、hs-CRP水平的变化与儿童肥胖症及其相关疾病的发病密切相关,对儿童肥胖症的发展趋势及预后判断有一定意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum adiponectin and high-sensitivity C reactive protein levels and lipid profiles in obesity children. Methods We assessed the serum levels of adiponectin,hs-CRP,TCH,TG, HDL-C,and LDL-C in 74 obesity children and 30 age-matched normal subjects.The correlationship between serum adiponectin with body mass index(BMI),hs-CRP and blood lipid profiles was analyzed. Results The levels of serum adiponectin and HDL-C decreased in obesity children as compared with the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum hs-CRP and LDL-C were significantly higher in obesity children,as compared with the control group(P<0.01);the levels of serum TCH,TG were found to have no significant differences between obesity and normal control children(P>0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum adiponectin and hs-CRP levels are closely related to child obesity as well as obesity related diseases.It may be relevant in development and prognosis of child obesity.
