摘    要:目的了解珠三角部分地区急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒病例的发病特征和救治情况,探讨急性CO中毒的防治策略。方法对2000年1月~2005年12月期间收治的急性CO中毒病例进行系统地回顾性流行病学分析研究。结果6年间共收治急性CO中毒患者347例,男133例,女214例,男女比例1∶1.6;高发年龄段是11~30岁,占69.2%;外省来粤打工人员是急性CO中毒的高发人群,占55.6%;室内冲凉燃汽热水器意外是本地区急性CO中毒的主要原因,占82.1%;近6年急性CO中毒呈上升趋势;冬春季是本地区急性CO中毒的高发季节,占92.5%;81.6%的患者治愈出院,1.4%的患者死亡,4.0%的患者出现急性CO中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)。结论珠三角部分地区急性CO中毒的发病具有明显的中毒源、职业、季节、年龄和性别等特征,值得引起重视,开展针对性的宣传教育和采取有效防范措施是遏制急性CO中毒的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective To understand the pathogenic characteristics of carbon monoxide(CO)poisoning cases in Zhujiang Triangle area to further improve the efficiency of salvage,emergency treatment and prevention.Methods To collect and analyze the data of all the acute CO poisoning cases treated in Changping hospital from January 2000 to November 2005.Results Among the total of 347 acute CO poisoning cases treated in Changping Hospital in six years,133 were males,214 were females,and the sex ratio was 1:1.6.The highest incident age were 11 to 30(69.2%).The indoor water-heater accident is the mainly reason of acute CO poisoning in native area(82.1%);The acute CO poisoning cases were in a rising trend during the recent six years,it was mostly occurred in winter and spring(92.5%).81.6% of the cases recovered after treatment in the hospital,unfortunately 14(4.0%)cases appear delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP)and 5 cases(1.4%)died.Conclusion The occurrence of acute CO poisoning cases in Zhujiang Triangle area showed obvious characteristics in resources,occupation,seasons,age and sex.These cases showed a higher mortality and should be more concerned.It might be an important path to reduce emergency acute CO poisoning events by pertinent publicity and education.
