HPLC法测定胃力康颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定胃力康颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈∶0.033mol·L-1磷酸溶液(40∶60)为流动相;流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:265nm,柱温:30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱浓度在2.54～12.70μg·mL-1之间线性关系良好,平均回收率97.46%,RSD=2.4%。结论该方法简单、可靠、专属性强,可用于胃力康颗粒的质量控制。

Determination of berberine hydrochloridein in WeiLiKang Granules by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloridein in Weilikang Granules. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18 column（4. 6mm× 250mm,5μm）, the mobile phase eonsisted of CH3 CN-0. 033mol · L^-1 H3 PO4 （40 ： 60）,the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 265nm and column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with a range of 2. 54～ 12. 70μg · mL^-1. The average recovery was 97.46%, RSD =2.4%. CONCLUSION The HPLC method was simple,reliable, specifie,and can be used for the quality control of Weihkang Granules.
