血同型半胱氨酸与心脑血管疾病关系随访研究

目的研究血同型半胱氨酸水平与心脑血管疾病的关系。方法随机收集173例高同型半胱氨酸血症患者,并按年龄、性别相匹配收集173例健康对照人群,进行1年随访。观察冠心病及脑卒中发病与高同型半胱氨酸血症的关系。结果高同型半胱氨酸血症组3.6%例发生冠心病（其中有心肌梗死2例）,明显高于对照组0.6%（RR为3.0,95%CI:0.4-5.5,P<0.05）,高同型半胱氨酸血症组4.1%例发生脑卒中也明显高于对照组0.6%（RR为3.5,95%CI:0.7-6.4,P<0.05）,高同型半胱氨酸血症组有7.7%例发生冠心病及脑卒中明显高于对照组1.2%（RR为6.4,95%CI:2.7-10.1,P<0.01）。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症是心脑血管疾病的一个危险因素。

Hyperhomocysteinemia as a risk factor for stroke and coronary disease: a case-control follow-up study

AIM To examine whether an elevation of total plasma homocysteine is a risk factor for coronary heart disease and stroke. METHODS The study involved 173 patients with hyperhomocysteinemia and selected healthy subjects of matching age and sex. The incidence of coronary disease and stroke was observed during the one-year follow up. RESULTS The incidence of coronary disease was 3.6% in hyperhomocysteinemia patients and 0.6% in the control(RR:3.0,95% CI: 0.4 to 5.5, P<0.05), and that of stroke was 4.1% in the patients and 0.6% in the control(RR:3.5,95%CI:0.7 to 6.4, P< 0.05). Both coronary disease and stroke occurred in 7.7% of the patients, while in 1.2% of the healthy subjects ( RR:6.4, 95% CI:2.7 to 10.1, P<0.01). CONCLUSION Hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor for coronary disease and stroke.
