摘    要:目的肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)在肿瘤发生、发展中起到重要的促进作用,本文旨在探讨TAMs对子宫内膜样腺癌侵袭过程的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学染色二步法检测67例子宫内膜样腺癌的肿瘤内和肿瘤边缘的CD68和CD34的表达,分析TAMs与子宫内膜样腺癌各临床病理指标、微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)之间的关系。结果分别有65例子宫内膜样腺癌的肿瘤内和61例的肿瘤边缘表达有CD68^+细胞(TAMs)。肌层浸润深度≥1/2者的肿瘤内TAMs和边缘TAMs数量均多于无浸润或肌层浸润深度〈1/2者(P〈0.05),伴有淋巴结转移者的边缘TAMs数量多于不伴淋巴结转移者(P=0.001);肿瘤内TAMs数量与MVD呈正相关(P=-0.001)。结论TAMs参与了子宫内膜样腺癌侵袭转移过程,且与肿瘤血管生成有关。

Abstract:Objective Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) play a promotive role in origin and progression of tumor. This study was to discuss the role of TAMs in endometrioid adenocarcinoma invasion. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect CD68 and CD34 expression in tumor tissues and margin tissues with tumor invasion of 67 specimens of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Correlations of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) to clinicopathologic features, and microvessel density (MVD) in endometrioid adenocarcinoma wew explored. Results CD68^+ cells (TAMs) were observed in tumor tissues in 65 cases and in margin tissues with tumor invasion in 61 cases. Both of the number of intratumoral TAMs and margin TAMs with invasing myometrium ≥1/2 were significantly higher than that with invasing myometrium 〈1/2 and preinvasive cases (P〈0.05), and the number of margin TAMs was significantly higher in cases with pelvic lymph node metastases (P=0.001). There was a positive correlation between MVD and TAMs in tumor tissues (P=-0.001). Conclusions TAMs play a crucial role in endometrioid adenocarcinoma invasion and metastases, and relate to tumor angiogenesis.
