| 摘 要： | 目的调查金黄色葡萄球菌对氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的交叉耐药性,以指导氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的合理更换与应用。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药敏试验,回顾性调查2011年我院检出的199株金黄色葡萄球菌药敏试验结果并进行统计、分析。结果氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌无抗菌作用,第四代的加替沙星和第三代的环丙沙星对甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌敏感性几乎一致。结论氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物存在交叉耐药性。不需要应用加替沙星替代环丙沙星用于抗甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌感染治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to help clinicians to scientifically change flouroquinolone agents,we investigated the cross-resistance of flouroquinolone agents to S.aureus.Methods Micro-broth dilution techniques of MIC was preformed on strains isolated form our hospital during 2008.Susceptibility data of 199 S.aureus were analyzed retrospectively.Results Methicillin-resistant S.aureus had resistance to flouroquinolone agents,the susceptibility of gatifloxacin was consistent with ciprofloxacin to methicillin-sensitive S.aureus(MSSA) and methicillin-resistant S.aureus.Conclusion There was cross-resistance of flouroquinolone agents.It was not necessary to replace ciprofloxacin with gatifloxacin in the treatment of methicillin-sensitive S.aureus. |
