| 摘 要： | 目的评价0.03%他克莫司软膏加白芍总苷胶囊治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者的疗效。方法72例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组用他克莫司软膏加白勺总苷胶囊治疗,对照组只用口服白芍总苷胶囊治疗。结果治疗2个月后治疗组总有效率为97.22%,对照组为75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.89,P﹤0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏加白芍总苷胶囊治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者短期疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of 0.03% tacrolimus ointment and total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus.Methods 72 cases of erosive oral lichen planus were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and control group were treated with total glucoside of paeony(TGP),while observation group were treated with tacrolimus ointment and TGP.Results After 2-month treatment,the total efficacy rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group,with significant differences(χ2=6.89,P<0.05).Conclusion TGP and tacrolimus ointment have good curative effect on the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus. |
