97例脑梗塞九项凝血纤溶指标变化的探讨

目的探讨脑梗塞九项凝血纤溶指标变化,为临床诊断和溶栓治疗提供依据。方法对97例脑梗塞病人的血标本,用ACL—9000全自动血凝分析仪测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原(Fib)。ELISA定量分析血管性血友病因子(vWF)、P-选择素(GMP-140)、纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)、D-二聚体(D-dimer)和凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)。结果除PT、GMP-140与正常对照组无差异外(P>0.05),其余七项指标与正常对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对脑梗塞病人应常规进行APTT、Fib、TT、vWF、FDP、D-dimer、TAT检测,可作为脑梗塞的辅助诊断和溶栓疗效的判断依据。

The Study on the Changes of 9 Blood Coagulation-Fibrinolysis Indexes in Patients with Cerebral Infarction: A Report of 97 Cases

Objective To explore the changes of 9 blood coagulation-fibrinolysis indexes in patients with cerebal infarction, so as to offer the foundation for clinic diagnosis and thrombolysis treatment. Methods The prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thrombopilastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (Fib) were assayed with ACL-9000 automatic blood coagulation tester. The von Willebrand factor (vWF), P-selectin (GMP-140), fibrinogen degradation products (FDP), D-dimer and thrompin-antithrombin (TAT) were also tested by colorimetric quantitative analysis with enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The 7 indexes show the prominent differences from the control group ( P <0.01) except the PT and GMP-140. Conclusion Cerebal infarction might be assistantly diagnosed with APTT, FIB, TT, vWF, FDP, D-dimer and TAT, and they might be used to evaluate the effect of thrombolysis treatment in patients with cerebal infarction.
