优质护理干预对预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的:探讨优质护理服务干预对预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法:将2010年1～5月我院开展"创优质护理服务示范工程"前收治的51例患者作为对照组,将2010年6～9月该活动进行后收治的53例患者作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施优质护理干预,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度、下肢深静脉血栓形成的缓解情况、住院时间及住院费用。结果:观察组患者对护理的满意度、下肢深静脉血栓形成的缓解情况均优于对照组,住院时间及住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务干预能明显提高护理质量和患者满意度,明显缓解骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的严重程度,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。

Effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the prevention of LDVT after orthopedic surgery

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis(LDVT) after orthopedic surgery.Methods:51 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January to May 2010 were taken as the control group,at that time "High-Quality Nursing Demonstration Project" was not carried out in our hospital;Other 53 patients admitted to our hospital from June to September 2010 were taken as the observation group after the project was launched.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and high-quality nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group,the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care,relief of LDVT,duration of hospital stay and inpatient costs were compared between the two groups.Results:The degree of patient’s satisfaction and relief of LDVT were higher and better,the duration of hospital stay and inpatient costs were shorter and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-quality nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of nursing care and patient’s satisfaction,effectively alleviate the severity of LDVT after orthopedic surgery,shorten the hospitalization days and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
