| 摘 要： | 目的探讨BNP诊断患者心功能不全的临床价值。方法收集2008年10月～2010年12月笔者所在医院收治的100例MHD患者临床资料,对患者透析前后血浆BNP水平进行检测,记录其当次透析的脱水量。结果透析前后血BNP水平减少比值,与下腔静脉宽度的减少比值呈现正相关,较透析前后其体重减少的比值呈现正相关。结论 BNP能够反映出MHD患者体内血容量所出现的变化以及左心功能状况,是对慢性的心功能不全进行诊断较为敏感的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss BNP diagnostic evaluation in patients with heart failure clinical value.Methods From October 2008 to December 2010,our department treated 100 cases of MHD,and analyze clinical data for dialysis patients with plasma BNP levels before and after testing and records the amount of dehydration when the second dialysis.Results Positively related to their weight loss before and after dialysis compared with the ratio of positive correlation.Conclusion For MHD patients,BNP could reflect the blood volume changes arising from the left cardiac function,is more sensitive diagnostic indicators for chronic heart failure. |
