依达拉奉联合银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的探讨依达拉奉联合银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者93例随机分为治疗组48例和对照组45例。对照组给予急性脑梗死的常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用依达拉奉和银杏达莫。观察两组患者治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的改善情况以及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分较治疗前均明显降低,且治疗组的改善比对照组更明显(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为68.9%(P<0.05)。治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉联合银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死能明显改善患者的神经功能,安全有效,可在临床中推广应用。

Clinical observation on efficacy of edaravone combined with ginkgo dipyridamole in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with ginkgo dipyridamole in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 93 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases) and control group(45 cases).The control group was given the conventional treatment of acute cerebral,and on that basis,the treatment group was given edaravone and ginkgo dipyridamole.The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scores and the clinical effect were observed after treatment.Results The NIHSS scores in two groups of post-treatment decreased obviously than those of pre-treatment,the treatment group was evidently better compared with the control group(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%,control group was 68.9%(P < 0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in treatment group.Conclusion Edaravone and ginkgo dipyridamole was safety and effective,which can evidently improve nerve function with acute cerebral infarction,it could be widely used in clinical application.
