行为护理对低位直肠癌术后患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

目的:探讨行为护理对低位直肠癌术后患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:将90例直肠癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组进行常规术后护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施行为护理。采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量指数评定量表(QOL)分别于两组患者入院时和术后第10天进行评分。结果:行为护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行为护理能明显改善患者的负性情绪,有效提高其生活质量。

Effect of behavioral nursing care on the negative emotion and quality of life of patients with low rectal cancer after surgery

Objective:To explore the effect of behavioral nursing care on the negative emotion and quality of life of patients with low rectal cancer after surgery.Methods:90 rectal cancer patients who had received operation were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(45 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine postoperative nursing care;the behavioral nursing care was additionally implemented in the observation group.Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and quality of life index rating scale(QOL) were used to assess and mark scores of the patients in both groups respectively on admission and on the 10th day after operation.Results:The scores of depression,anxiety and quality of life of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group after behavioral nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion:The behavioral nursing care can effectively relieve the negative emotion of the patients and improve their quality of life.
