喜炎平治疗手足口病疗效观察

目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗婴幼儿手足口病的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究,选取门诊及住院部的手足口病患儿,年龄1～5岁,病程均小于2d,不伴心肌炎、脑炎等严重并发症患儿140例,随机分为两组,治疗组74例,采用静脉滴注喜炎平注射液5mg/(kg·d),联合静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液10mg/(kg·d);对照组66例,单纯给予利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注10mg/(kg·d),观察两组的临床症状、体征的变化及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组的3d总有效率分别为94.59%和75.76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重症病例的发生率较对照组明显低,治疗组未发现明显毒副反应。结论在常规抗病毒西药治疗基础上联合静脉滴注喜炎平,可明显提高婴幼儿手足口病的疗效、减少重症病例的发生,其安全性高、经济、方便,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of hand,foot and mouth disease with Xiyanping injection

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of infant hand,foot and mouth disease with xiyanping injection.Methods The prospective randomized study,the selection of outpatient service and the inpatient department of hand,foot and mouth disease children aged 1-5 years old,the course of were less than 2 d,not with myocarditis,encephalitis serious complications such as children of the 140 cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 74 patients,the intravenous drip Xiyanping injection 5 mg/(kg·d),the combination of intravenous drip ribavirin injection 10 mg/(kg·d);The control group,66 cases were simply give ribavirin injection intravenous drip 10 mg/(kg·d),observe the two groups of clinical symptoms,signs of change and adverse reaction.Results The treatment group and control group 3 days of total effective rate was 94.59% and 75.76%,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group was not found to obvious side effects.Conclusion In conventional antiviral western medicine treatment on the basis of joint intravenous drip Xiyanping,can obviously improve the curative effect of infant hand,foot and mouth disease,reduce the occurrence of severe cases,the high safety,economic,convenient,and clinical promotion.
