| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克应用主动脉内球囊反搏的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2009年10月~2011年10月收治的19例急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克的患者行主动脉内球囊反搏辅助支持治疗的观察和护理,以及常见并发症的预防和护理。结果 18例患者循环稳定,生命体征平稳,经治疗好转出院;1例因凝血功能障碍,股动脉穿刺处出血,被动撤机后死亡。结论熟练掌握主动脉内球囊反搏的相关理论及护理技术,严密监测生命体征,做好常见并发症的预防和护理工作,加强心理支持,是保证疗效的主要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing of intra-aortic balloon pump applications in acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock.Methods Retrospective analyze the observation and nursing of IABP applied to cardiogenic shock in AMI patients from October 2009 to October 2011,and the prevention and nursing of common complications.Results Vital signs of the 18 patients were stable,and discharged after treatment;1 patient occurred hemorrhage of femoral artery puncture site because of coagulation disorders,died after passive weaning.Conclusion Mastering the theory and nursing skills of IABP,close monitoring of vital signs,prevention and nursing of common complications,providing psychological support,is the primary means to ensure efficacy. |
