增强自我效能干预对酒依赖患者戒酒效果的影响

目的:探讨增强自我效能干预对酒依赖患者戒酒效果的影响。方法:将符合入组标准的80例酒依赖患者住院号末位奇偶分组,奇数为研究组、偶数为对照组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗、护理,研究组在此基础上行增强自我效能干预,比较两组戒酒效果。结果:3个月后,研究组SCL-90中躯体化、人际关系、抑郁和焦虑明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自我效能与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);出院6个月复饮率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:增强酒依赖患者的自我效能可提高戒酒效果,降低复饮率,提高生活质量。

Impact of the intervention of enhancing self-efficacy on the abstinence effect of patients with alcohol dependence

Objective: To investigate the impact of the intervention of enhancing self-efficacy on the abstinence effect of patients with alcohol dependence.Methods: 80 patients with alcohol dependence were divided into a study group and a control group according to odd and even number on admission(40 cases in each group).The conventional treatment and nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the intervention of enhancing self-efficacy was additionally implemented in the study group based on the conventional treatment and nursing care.The abstinence effect was compared between the two groups.Results: The somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression and anxiety of SCL-90 were evidently improved and relieved after 3 months,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);the comparison of self-efficacy was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01);the difference in the comparison of relapse rate was statistically significant between the two groups after discharge for 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion: Enhancing self-efficacy of patients with alcohol dependence can increase abstinence effect,reduce relapse rate and improve their quality of life.
