护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者康复的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者康复的影响。方法:将59例患者随机分为对照组27例和观察组32例,对照组仅给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施一系列围术期护理干预。观察两组患者肠功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者经护理干预后胃肠蠕动恢复和肛门排气时间均较对照组明显缩短,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预措施能促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者胃肠道功能的恢复,降低术后并发症发生率。

Effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of the patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of the patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: 59 patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=27) and an observation group(n=32).The routine nursing care was only used in the control group and a series of perioperative nursing intervention was extra implemented in the observation group based on the routine one.The intestinal function recovery and the incidence of complications of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: The resumption of gastrointestinal peristalsis and anal exhaust time were significantly shorter and the complication rate was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion: The nursing intervention can effectively promote gastrointestinal function recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
