| 摘 要： | 目的 比较南充与不同产地半夏总生物碱含量。方法 紫外分光光度法。结果 相同和不同产地野生与栽培半夏总生物碱含量都有一定差异。结论 这种差异在一定程度上反映了南充与不同产地半夏质量的优劣

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the content of Pinellia ternata from Nanchong and the other areas where it is wild and planted.Methods To determine content of total akaliods by UV-spectrophotometry.Results Some differences of content of total akaliods in Pinellia ternata existed among the same and different place of production, and the wild and the planted.Conclusion To a extent, the differences indicate the good and bad of quality of Pinellia ternata from Nanchong and the other areas. |
